At Clayspire, each product is entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans — making it truly one-of-a-kind, just like a fingerprint. Most of our pieces are made to order, tailored uniquely for you.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than shipping-related damage.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please note that variations in color, texture, glaze flow, or minor asymmetries are a natural result of the handcrafting process — not defects. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the nature of artisan-made ceramics.
